Social and Personal Needs Assessment
Identifying and addressing personal needs on an individual basis. This could include transportation, childcare, clothing or other needs that could impede employment.
Strengths, weaknesses, skills and interests will be identified through testing, work history and counseling. A realistic vocational goal and a plan to meet that goal will be developed.
Individual and group counseling sessions on how to obtain employment.
Ongoing job coaching and follow up services once employment is attained.
