How To Join

Applicant must meet the following criteria:

1. Some level of motivation to want to better their life.
2. Cape May County Resident.
3. Ages 16 to 21.
4. Income eligible.
5. Have not completed high school and are no longer attending OR graduated high school or the equivalent but are unemployed or underemployed.
