Introduction

ODOSY is a program designed to provide free employment services for income eligible Cape May County youth aged 16 to 21 who have not completed high school or who have completed high school and are unemployed or underemployed.

We will also work with youth on obtaining a GED, learning a trade, joining the armed services or whatever the youth would like to do.

Services will be individualized for each youth to insure that the youth will reach their fullest potential.

Make A Referral

Do you know a youth with a great potential who has dropped out or completed school and is not working?  Or is only working some of the time?  Give us a call at (609) 465-4117.  We will be happy to work with them on being all they can be.

Purpose And Goals

Our purpose is to assist youth aged 16 to 21 who have dropped out of school or have completed high school and are unemployed or underemployed, to obtain and maintain satisfying employment or continue their education.

Our goal is to identify strengths, weaknesses and needs to help a youth not only obtain a job, but start a career.
