ODOSY, Opening Doors for
Out-of-School Youth, provides education and
employment assistance at no cost to income eligible Cape
May County youth, ages 16 to 21, who have dropped out of
school.
School drop-outs are our TOP
PRIORITY, however we also accept youth who have
graduated or already have their GED, but are unemployed
or underemployed.
ODOSY offers support to
participants preparing for their GED test, career
exploration, training to improve work readiness and job
search skills, paid work experience, help finding
training or pursuing college and help finding a job.

May Workforce Investment Board and has been in operation
